Government of Bihar in the process of bringing administrative reforms have taken step forward by formulating Right To Public Service Act in order to make the government more transparent and responsive. This act will come into force on 15th August 2011.the act has been formulated for the people of Bihar especially remote and under developed areas to give them services with ease and satisfaction.
As per rule of RTPS Peoples of Bihar can fill online application for Cast, Income and Residential Certificate from 1 Dec 2011. Now everyone can apply online application for Cast, Income and Residential Certificate from his home or office through web.
